Albuquerque NM KPP workshop

This is a multi level KPP skills workshop, you must be proficient with the basic kettlebell swing if this is your first time joining us. You will have the opportunity to learn to pass a kettlebell and furter fine tune and expand your KPP skills. In this event you will have opportunities to pass bells with different skill levels, you will learn from a wide spectrum of teachers and students. We take a communal approach to advancing, we all grow together by helping each other grow, develop and learn in a fun, cooperative, nonjudgemental environment. If you have been to our workshops before we will begin teaching solo person single bell work and single hand single bell passing.
