Albuquerque NM KPP workshop

This is a KPP skills workshop, Ideally you are proficient with the basic two hand kettlebell swing.  You will have the opportunity to learn to pass a kettlebell and furter fine tune and expand your KPP skills.  You will have opportunities to pass bells with different skill levels, you will learn KPP solo foundations so you will be able to practice KPP on your own. KPP is a community based program where we all help each other  advance, truly stronger together!  Join us to begin your KPP journey and find out what KPP can do for you.
