Hosted by Kettlebility The Level 1 intro class will teach you the basic of KPP and beyond! The Level 2 will briefly review level one basics and we will delve into single arm passing patterns. Each workshop is four hours, physically demanding and requires you to be in good physical health.

About The Event

Level 1: You will have fun Learning the basics of KPP and beyond from the innovator and you will have the opportunity to pass with him and fellow students alike. You will learn the fundamentals of safety and the foundational principals of the KPP system. This is an in-depth 4 hour class we will dive deep into the FUN-damentals of KPP. Get ready to enjoy the experience of learning how to throw kettlebells in a safe, fun and effective way, while getting the workout of a lifetime! w

Level 2: Begins with a brief review of the two hand pass and highlights some of the more important nuances to make you successful with KPP. The remainder of the workshop focusses on the progression of single bell passing patterns to prepare you for freestyle KPP™ and Volleybell™.

Level 1 is a prerequisite for level 2. If you have not attended level 1 you must do so in order to attend level 2. If you attended level 1 last year you are highly encouraged (required) to come to level one this year to brush up on what you learned last year and to see what has changed in the curriculum. It also offers an opportunity to practice working with and connecting with people in your community and gets you brushed up on your skills for level 2.
